Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through babyshed.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and pricing

All products listed for sale are brand new in original manufacturer packaging. We make every effort to display accurate product details, photos, and pricing, but we reserve the right to correct errors. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Listed prices do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

2. Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we send a confirmation email and process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders flagged for fraud, mispriced products, or items that turn out to be unavailable.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping

5. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details, including how we handle items damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect.

6. Manufacturer warranty

Products sold through Baby Shed are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty included with each item. Baby Shed does not provide a separate warranty. For warranty claims, we’ll point you directly to the manufacturer’s process and help where we can.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Shed’s liability arising from any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from a Baby Shed purchase will be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Diego County, California.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
