All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges on any items purchased through Baby Shed. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work directly with the manufacturer’s warranty program to help you resolve the issue.
