Are your products 100% authentic and brand new?

Yes. Every product we sell is brand new in original manufacturer packaging, sourced through authorized channels. Full manufacturer warranty applies on all items.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the continental U.S. only — every order ships free. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. See our Shipping Information page for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes another 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or process refunds. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

What if my package is lost or stolen after delivery?

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, responsibility passes to you. Baby Shed is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package in person.
